Dairy Free Delights

Unfortunately I've been allergic to milk since I was about 22 years old. (and when I was in first and second grade, although I think my mom made that up). Therefore, most of my life I've had access to creamy cheeses, decadent ice creams, and the chocolatiest of milks. I was probably the biggest dairy consumer of my time. Since this most unfortunate allergy I've really expanded my eating horizons despite people thinking I'm a "picky" or "plain" eater. I've also had the opportunity to try out many dairy free options which I will share with you. People always ask me "Don't you miss cheese?" or "How could you live without ice cream?" Thanks Jerks. I do. However, the items below have made things more tolerable.

1.) Silk Pure Almond Dark Chocolate
This milk is delicious. Especially as a hot chocolate. I basically live off of this stuff. Even people who are lactose tolerant love it.

2.) Silk Chocolate Soymilk
Unfortunately I don't care too much for the taste of the non chocolate dairy free milks. This is also delicious. I'm still on the quest for the perfect dairy free regular milk. I will be trying out coconut milk soon.

3.) So Delicious Coconut Ice Cream in Chocolate, Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Cup
This ice cream is amazing. It has a coconutty flavor but it works.

4.) Earth Balance Buttery Spread
I typically use olive oil but if I am ever in need of a buttery spread this tastes very good and provides you with many cooking options.

5.) Tofutti Pizza
Ok this may not be even close to the best pizza in the world. But it's good enough and if you toast it, it will taste somewhat normal and cheesy.

6.) So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt in Blueberry
I've tried soy yogurt in the past and it was pretty disgusting. This is rather good although I really haven't been into yogurt recently. But if I do get back into it then this is really delicious. So delicious.

There are a lot more things I really need to try. I'm sure no one else will probably try any of these products because most of you can have the real thing. But in case anyone becomes allergic to dairy, I want you to know that I have your back.
